Do below configuration under expert → HTML → HCC_LOCATION: C:/Program Files/HTML Help Workshop/hhc.exe

Note: hhc.exe is a free software provided by Microsoft(HTML Help Workshop).

IMAGE PATH

Doxygen can support Image. But it needs to config IMAGE_PATH first.
