Volumetric weight: all international parcels will have their volumetric weight, it will be compared to their actual weight, and the international shipping fee is calculated based on the larger one.

Chargeable weight: when you have multiple orders to consolidate, the final packaging weight may be larger than the sum of each individual order due to the additional packaging material or the extra space occupied due to the small gaps between orders. Normally the final chargeable weight is around 1.1 times the sum of each individual order's actual weight or volumetric weight. Every consolidated parcel's weight will be verified again before shipping out. If it's smaller than the estimated weight, we will refund you the difference.
